Appointments
 We know that your time is valuable, therefore we make every effort to schedule appointments for your convenience when possible. Generally, appointments are scheduled every 8 – 10 weeks. This interval may vary depending on the requirements of the patient's treatment. Appointment Confirmation We confirm appointments using a computerized confirmation system. You will receive an automated call reminding you of the date and time. We will also send you an email confirmation once your email address is on file. Comfort Visits A comfort visit may be required to lessen discomfort or repair a broken appliance. Should you require a comfort visit between regularly scheduled appointments, please call our office to schedule one in advance. Walk-ins will be seen if space and time are available or rescheduled for another time. If an emergency situation occurs on a weekend or after hours, please call the office for more information or consult our website for possible solutions. Arrival Time We ask that you arrive with enough time to check in and brush your teeth prior to your visit. You may see other patients who arrived after you go into the clinic before you do; this is because the certified assistant you are scheduled with is not yet ready for you. We make every effort to run on time and deliver the best care possible. Our Website You may view appointment information at www.shorelineorthodontics.com. Once your email address has been added to our computer system, you will receive a user ID and pass-word for you to login. This will allow you to view your appointments, financial information and even the photos and x-rays that we take. |
