How do I become a patient at Shoreline Orthodontics?
No referral is required to become a patient at Shoreline Orthodontics. Feel free to contact us any time, and we can schedule an initial consultation to get you started.
With that in mind, we are happy to accept referrals! Your dentist can help with a recommendation and with more information about your general dental health background. -

How much does an initial consultation cost?
At Shoreline Orthodontics, we provide complimentary virtual and in-person initial consultations for orthodontic treatment.

What will happen during my first appointment?
During your first appointment at one of our Vancouver Island orthodontic clinics, we will conduct a thorough examination, including imaging, of your mouth and jaw to diagnose the nature and severity of your misalignment.
From that point, we will work together to create a treatment plan that meets your needs.

Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes! We provide financing and payment plan options, including 0% interest and no down payment plans, through our office.

Can you help me with my insurance?
We are happy to work together with you and your insurance provider to ensure you receive the maximum benefits available under your individual policy. We handle the paperwork, so you don’t have to navigate it alone.
If your plan includes orthodontic benefits, we can submit and collect the insurance portion directly on your behalf and work with you to offer an interest-free payment plan for the remaining balance.
